Iowa Spring Turkey Season Broke Records

(Des Moines, IA)  —  Iowa hunters had a successful wild turkey season this spring.  The Iowa Department of Natural Resources says hunters took more than 14-thousand-800 birds, nearly three-thousand more than last year.  Hunters bought more than 54-thousand spring turkey tags, about two-thousand more than last year.
