(Atlantic) Atlantic Businessman Scott Bennett appearing in front of the City Council on Wednesday, voiced concerns about the negative activity going on within the city.
Bennett says people need to come together to deal with some of these issues; when gangs are tagging signs, these things need to be cleaned up as soon as possible.
Scott Bennett wants to see the city unite the organizations and ensure they work together.
