(Montgomery Co) An Underwood man was arrested for Interference with Official Acts and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree in Montgomery County.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says 51-year-old Jose Palomares-Garcia was arrested in the 1900 block of K Avenue in Red Oak at 6:42 a.m. today (Monday). It was reported that Palomares-Garcia was trespassing in the area. When he attempted to go back to the property he attempted to flee on foot. While being processed on the arrest, it was reported a garage in the area had been broken into by breaking a window.
Palomares-Garcia was held on $1,000 bond.
