(Creston) Creston Police report three arrests over the weekend.
*Creston Police arrested 26-year-old Mackenzie Breanna Giltner of Ottumwa at the intersection of Sumner and Taylor Streets for driving while barred. Giltner was cited and released from the scene.
*Creston Police report the arrest of 29-year-old Matthew Ray Garcia of Creston at Green Valley Road and 130th Street. Police charged Garcia on two Union County Warrants for 2nd-degree harassment and assault. Authorities transported Garcia to the Union County Jail and held him on a $1,300.00 cash bond.
*Creston Police arrested 56-year-old William Robert Atteberry of Lenox for 3rd-degree harassment and personal contact. Officers cited and released him from the scene.
