(Nashville, TN) Several Iowa craft breweries take home gold medals in the 2023 World Beer Cup competition in Nashville, TN. Over ten-thousand entries were judged. Confluence Brewing Co. in Des Moines got two gold medals. Backpocket Brewing in Coralville and Johnston got a gold medal, as did Pivo Brewery from Calmar, in far Northwest Iowa. Lion Bridge Brewing in Cedar Rapids brings home a silver.
