(Area) The State Track Meet is coming up May 18th-20th. The field will be set following Thursday’s State Qualifying Meets.
24 entries in each event are accepted into the state meet. In Class 1A there are ten sites which means the 1st place finisher is an automatic qualifier and the next fourteen best times, heights, and distances statewide will move on.
In 2A and 3A there are eight locations. The top two place winners are automatic qualifiers and the next eight best times, heights, and distances across the state also qualify.
Class 4A has six sites. The top two place winners and next twelve best marks statewide qualify for state.
