Manhunt Underway For Attempted Murder Suspect Who Removed GPS Monitor

(Iowa City, IA)  —  A manhunt is underway for an attempted murder suspect who removed his GPS tracking device while under house arrest. Nineteen-year-old Ali Younes is accused of strangling a woman until she passed out on the University of Iowa campus last month. He also reportedly stole her earrings. Anyone with information about Younes is asked to call local law enforcement.
