(Undated) — Nearly one-third of all nurses in the U.S. are considering quitting their jobs. That’s according to a new survey of more than 18-thousand nurses by AMN Healthcare Services Inc. It revealed 30-percent of them are looking to leave the profession after the pandemic left them overwhelmed and burnt out. The survey also found that 69-percent of nurses want higher salaries and 63-percent want safer, less stressful work environments.
