-Simpson went 1-2 in a weekend series against Dubuque including a 5-4 win on Saturday.
-Sampson went 1/4 in game two with a run scored and a stolen base..
-In game three he was 2/4 with a double.

-The American Rivers Conference Meet is May 11th-13th.
Taylor McCreedy, Sophomore, Track and Field, Iowa Central
-Next meet is the NJCAA National Championships.
Caroline Pellett, Sophomore, Softball, Simpson
-Simpson swept Monmouth 4-3 and 16-8 on Tuesday. Pellett appeared as a pinch runner in each game.
-The Storm lost two games against Wartburg on Wednesday, 5-0 and 9-8. Pellett was used as a pinch runner in game one.
-On Saturday they split a doubleheader with Dubuque. Pellett was a pinch runner in game one.
Olivia Engler, Sophomore, Softball, Luther
-On Monday Luther won a pair of games against Dubuque 9-0 and 10-7. Engler threw 2 1/3 innings in game two. She gave up four hits, no walks, two earned runs, and struck out two.
-They took a pair of games from Central College on Wednesday.
-Luther won 7-3 and lost 6-3 on Saturday against Wartburg. In game two Engler tossed 3 1/3 innings with five K’s. She allowed three hits, one walk, and two earned runs.
Gannon O’Hara, Freshman, Track and Field, Hawkeye Community College
-Placed 22nd at the conference meet in the 100 in 11.28.
-Went 6.37 meters in the long jump to place 14th.

-Ran 1:59.16 in the 800 to finish 12th at the conference meet.

-Placed 17th in the conference meet in the Discus with a throw of 23.35 meters.
-Went 20.56 meters in the Hammer Throw to place 15th.
-Came in 13th in the Javelin at 28.97 meters.

-On Thursday they defeated Hastings 9-1 and lost 8-2 against Midland.

-Ran 21st at KCAC Conference Championships in the 200 in 27.20.
-Competed on the 5th place 4X100.

-Competed in the Heptathlon at the Region XI Championships and took 2nd overall with the following places: 1st in the 100M Hurdles, 1st in the 200, 4th in the 800, 1st in the High Jump, 2nd in the Javelin, 3rd in the Long Jump, and 3rd in the Shot Put.

-McPherson won their first KCAC Championship with three straight wins Thursday through Saturday against Friends University 6-5, Oklahoma Wesleyan 9-2, and #1 seed Kansas Wesleyan 6-5 (11 innings).
-Amaral threw a scoreless 9th inning in the conference championship game. He allowed one walk, no hits, and struck out one batter.
