(Adair Co) A Madrid man was arrested for Eluding and other charges in Adair.
The Adair Police Department says 66-year-old Harold David Hytrek Jr. was arrested on April 28th for OWI 2nd Offense, Eluding, Interference with Officials Acts and Carrying a Weapon While Intoxicated. Hytrek was held on $1,500 cash only bond.
In other activity, the Iowa State Patrol arrested 49-year-old Matthew James Malloy Sr, of Des Moines, on April 23rd for Driving While Barred. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Xachariah Mickale Hinson, of Greenfield, on April 25th for Violation of a No Contact Order. Hinson pled guilty and is serving a sentence.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Seth Michael Thompson, of Earlham, on April 25th for Driving While Barred, Operating Without Registration and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested Bryce Austin Garrells, of Stratford, on April 26th for Violation of Probation. Garrells was held on no bond.
