(Council Bluffs) There was an increased presence of law enforcement officers at Thomas Jefferson High School on Friday afternoon after a report of an unauthorized subject entering the building.
A Resource Officer received the report at around 1:30 p.m. The Officer was shown a photo of the unauthorized man, and the school was placed on hold, which generated heavy Police pressure on the school and surrounding area.
After a thorough search of the school and a review of the surveillance footage, it was determined the male party did not enter the school, and no unauthorized parties were located during the search.
