(Creston) The Creston Police Department charged 40-year-old Mark Anthony Weems Jr. with Fraudulent Practice 4th Degree and three counts of Fraudulent Practice 5th Degree. Weems was served Thursday in the Union County Jail. Bail is set in the mount of $1,900 cash or approved surety.
Creston Police arrested 38-year-old Jesse Edward Ramey, of Greenfield, at 1:42 this morning for Operating While Under the Influence 2nd Offense. Ramey was taken to the Union County Jail. Bail of $2,000 cash or approved surety was posted.
