Ed Berg, 69, of Orient passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at the MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center.
Celebration of Life Services: Will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Fontanelle, Iowa. A luncheon will immediately follow the service at the church. Pastor Steven Broers will officiate the service. The Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield is in charge of the professional arrangements. Family Visitation: The family will greet friends on Saturday, April 29, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Fontanelle.
Public Graveside Services: Will be held on Sunday, April 30, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at the Glenwood Cemetery in Ogden, Iowa.
Memorials: May be directed to the Ed Berg Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
Survivors: He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Berg of Orient; his children, Dan Berg and wife Mandy of Greenfield, Audra Ford and husband Craig of Fontanelle, John Berg and wife Brooke of Creston and Fallon Moore and Leroy of Bedford; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother, Keith Berg and wife Susan of Boone; other relatives and friends.
