Cass County Sheriff’s Report

(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old Jasiah Masterson, of Atlantic, on April 17^th for OWI 1^st Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Masterson was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.

The Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Todd Jenkins, of Osceola, on April 24^th on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of OWI 1^st Offense. Jenkins was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.

All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
