(Des Moines, IA) — Iowa students are protesting a bill allowing guns on school grounds. Youth-led organizations in Iowa and March for Our Lives Iowa say the legislation would further perpetuate gun violence in vulnerable locations. The protest will be held at noon in the Iowa Capitol Rotunda. Statewide school walkouts are also planned for the same time.
