(Adair Co) A Greenfield man was arrested on April 19th for Criminal Mischief 4th and Stalking 1st Offense.
The Greenfield Police Department says 19-year-old Xachariah Mickale Hinson is accused of breaking and destroying several windows at a residence he does not reside at and he purposefully and repeatedly engaged in a course of conduct directed at his sister and his girlfriend that would cause a person to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated or threatened. Hinson was held on $6,000 cash only bond.
Hinson was arrested again on April 20th on a warrant for Theft 1st Degree, Eluding, Dominion/Control of Firearm/Offensive Weapon by Felon, and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
In other activity, the Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old Luis Miguel Garcia Reyes, of Greenfield, on April 16th for OWI 1st Offense. Garcia Reyes was held on $1,000 bond.
The Adair Police Department cited 39-year-old Trisha Jae Johnston, of Creston, on April 19th for Driving While Barred.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Kathryn Anne Mortensen Zimmerman, of Mount Ayr, on April 20th on a warrant out of Ringgold County for False Report to Public Entity and Interference with Official Acts. Mortensen Zimmerman was held on $600 cash only bond.
The Adair Police Department arrested 41-year-old Jesse Elvis Finley, of Essex, on April 20th for Reckless Driving and OWI 2nd Offense. Finley was held on $2,300 cash or surety bond.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested 46-year-old Brandon James Corkrean, of Orient, on April 21st for OWI 2nd Offense. Corkrean was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
