(Creston) Creston Police arrested 40-year-old Mark Anthony Weems Jr, of Creston, on Wednesday at his residence on two Union County Warrants for 1st-degree theft x2, 3rd–degree theft, and 4th-degree theft. The second warrant was for 5th-degree theft x2. Officers transported Weems to the Union County Jail and held him on a $23,600 bond.
