(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports eight arrests between April 7th and April 17th.
Anthony Hernandez, 47, of Atlantic, was arrested April 17th on a warrant for Littering. Hernandez was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his initial appearance.
Shawn Jensen, 28, of Atlantic, was arrested April 16th on a warrant for Simple Assault. Jensen was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his initial appearance.
Rebecca Dreager, 44, of Adair, was arrested April 16th on a warrant for Theft – 1st Degree. Dreager was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her initial appearance. (More on this story can be found by HERE)
Curclund VanAernam, 22, of Atlantic, was arrested April 11th on a Federal arrest warrant. VanAernam was transported to the Cass County Jail while awaiting extradition.
Sikfrit Muritok, 24, of Atlantic, was arrested April 9th for Public Intoxication. Muritok was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Preston Myers, 30, of Anita, was arrested April 9th on the charges of OWI 2nd Offense and Driving While Revoked. Myers was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Steven Gustin, 47, of Adair, was arrested April 8th for OWI 1st Offense. Gustin was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Joel Lary, 51, of Massena, was arrested April 7th for Theft 5th Degree. Lary was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
