(Cass Co) The first inaugural Pizza, Puzzle & Pub Night, hosted by the Cass County Library Association, was deemed a success.
Pizza, Puzzle & Pub Night was a race to be the first team to complete a 300-piece puzzle, eat a large pizza, and drink twelve beverages. The winning team received $200. The winning team was Four Peas and a Puzzle.
Michelle Andersen, Atlantic Public Library Director, said they had a full house Saturday night.
The event raised $1,400 for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library program.
Michelle Andersen said they are talking about possibly doing the Pizza, Puzzle & Pub Night more than once a year.
