(Decorah, IA) — It’s eagle nesting season in Iowa. You may have noticed eagles flying around, gathering fish to take to their nest. Eagle hatchlings are among the fastest-growing birds in North America.
Amy Reis, Iowa Raptor Resource Project in Decorah. Their web cam is focused on one eagle nest, that has a hatchling. It was just born a week ago, and will grow to the size of a chicken in 2-3 weeks.
