-Placed 27th in the shot put at the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, CA.

-Simpson lost 10-6 against Loras on Tuesday. Sampson was 1/1 with an RBI.
-The Storm won 2/3 against Wartburg Friday and Saturday. Sampson walked and scored a run in game one. He was 1/5 with an RBI in game two. In game three Sampson went 0/1.
Sam Porter, Junior, Baseball, Simpson
-Simpson lost 10-6 against Loras on Tuesday.
-The Storm won 2/3 against Wartburg Friday and Saturday. Porter saw time at first base in game one. Porter was 0/1 in game two.
Abbie Willett, Freshman, Softball, Doane
-Doane lost 2-1 and 5-1 against Morningside on Tuesday.
-The Tigers dropped a pair of games to Northwestern on Friday and two more against Dordt on Saturday.

Gratt Reed, Junior, Track and Field, Iowa
-Reed ran 20.54 to place 9th in the 200 at Florida’s Tom Jones Memorial Meet. It is the 5th best time in Iowa Hawkeye program history.
-He placed 7th in the 110 Highs in 13.67.
Jalen Peterson, Track and Field, Missouri Western
-Placed 15th at Central Missouri in the 5000 meters with a time of 15:23.27
Drew Engler, Freshman, Track and Field, Simpson
-Placed 12th in the 1500 during the Dutch-Storm Dual Meet against Simpson in 4:24.26.
-Ran 2:10.55 in the 800 to place 7th.
Taylor McCreedy, Sophomore, Track and Field, Iowa Central
-Got 12th in the Javelin with a throw of 26.60 at the Jim Duncan Invitational.
-Placed 4th in the 3000M Steeplechase with a time of 11:17.45.
Caroline Pellett, Sophomore, Softball, Simpson
-Simpson lost two games to Central on Tuesday 4-2 and 8-7. Pellett appeared as a pinch runner in each game and scored one run.
-Saturday’s games against Monmouth, IL were postponed.
Olivia Engler, Sophomore, Softball, Luther
-Luther split with Loras on Tuesday. Engler allowed five hits, no walks, four earned runs, and struck out three batters over three innings in a 4-2 loss.
-On Sunday they swept Nebraska Wesleyan 4-3 and 3-2. Engler pitched the win in game two with six strikeouts in four innings. She allowed four hits, one walk, and two earned runs.
Alyssa Ginther, Senior, Golf, Northwest Missouri State
-Next up for the Bearcats is the Wildcat Classic at Wayne State on April 17th and 18th.
Gannon O’Hara, Freshman, Track and Field, Hawkeye Community College
-Placed 8th in the long jump at 6.31 meters in the Jim Duncan Invitational.
-Ran 19th in the 100 in 11.72.

-Ran 10th in the Jim Duncan Invitational in the 800 with a time of 1:57.72.
-Competed on Hawkeye’s 1st place 4X400 Relay.

-Running events were cancelled at last week’s Concordia Invite. York is scheduled for the Jim Dutcher Invite this weekend and the Drake Relays the following week.

-Placed 26th in the hammer at Concordia with a throw of 116-08.
-Came in 13th in the shot put with a PR of 36-05. Zaiger has qualified for Christian Nationals.
