(Guthrie Center) The Adair-Casey School Board approved the 2024 certified staff salary increase at Wednesday’s meeting. AC-GC Shared Schools Superintendent Josh Rasmussen says the board approved a 4.02 percent salary increase.
“We are happy to have that completed so we can get contracts out to our teachers, ” said Rasmussen. “They have done a great job, and I know they continue doing that.”
Part of the 4.02 percent package increase includes a $1,500 increase to the base salary.
In other business, the school board approved the hiring of Tracy Clark to join the AC-GC transportation team. She will help with the morning duties and activities.
