Creston Police Report

(Creston) Two men face Alcohol-related charges, according to the latest Creston Police Department report.

Police arrested 51-year-old Pedro Quintanilla-Flores of Lenox early this morning with OWI’ 1st offense and driving with a suspended license. Officers transported Quintanilla-Flores to the Union County Jail and held him on a $1,300.00 cash bond.

Creston Police arrested 30-year-old Abel Estuardo Vargas Blanco of Richmond, Virginia, early this morning for OWI 1st offense. Police transported Blanco to the Union County Jail and released him after he posted the $1,000 cash bond.
