(Creston) Creston Police arrested a Lorimor, Iowa, man on a warrant for failing to comply with a pretrial release on many charges.
Authorities arrested 32-year-old Dalton Thadius Barber on Friday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on the original charges of two counts of Sexual Abuse 2nd Degree, Administering a Harmful Substance, Incest, three counts of Lascivious Acts with a Child, two counts of Child Endangerment, and three counts of Indecent Contact with a Child. Authorities held Barber in the Union County Jail on no bond.
The Police Department reports three other arrests:
*On Thursday, Police arrested 44-year-old Cori Lynne Angell of Creston on Friday at the Creston Union County LEC on an Adams County Warrant for Harassment 1st Degree. Officers transported her to the Adams County Jail.
*On Saturday, Creston Police arrested 21-year-old Myles James Koontz, 21, of Creston, at the 900 Block N Oak Street for Driving while barred. Officers cited Koontz and released him from the scene.
*On Sunday, Police arrested 26-year-old Megan Elizabeth Banda of Creston at the Creston Union County LEC for Domestic Abuse Assault-Strangulation. Banda was taken to the Union County Jail, where she was later transported to the Adams County Jail and held on no bond pending an appearance in front of a Magistrate Judge.
