(Atlantic) The Atlantic boys soccer program has opened the doors for student athletes from a couple of neighboring school districts to join their squad this spring.
Exira-EHK and CAM, which already share girls soccer players, will now have the opportunity to send boys soccer players to Atlantic. Here’s Activities Director Andy Mitchell.
Mitchell says Exira-EHK reached out to him about a month ago about a foreign exchange student from Europe that would be interested in playing. Prior to that, CAM expressed interest in sharing.
Combined enrollments will bump Atlantic up in classification.
The team will scrimmage against West Central Valley on March 24th. Their season opener is at home on April 3rd against Glenwood.
