(Minneapolis) Caitlin Clark posted a triple double and the Iowa Hawkeye women’s basketball team rolled to a Big Ten tourney title. They led Ohio State 26-9 after one quarter and 61-24 at half on their way to a 105-72 victory.
Clark’s stat line showed 30 points, 10 rebounds, and 17 assists. She made 9/17 from the field, 5/11 from 3-point range, and 7/8 at the free-throw line. Monica Czinano was 11/12 from the field with 26 points and 7 rebounds. Kate Martin made 5/6 shots and scored 13 points.
The win moves the Hawkeyes to 26-6 overall. They’ve won four straight games with three of them being against top 15 opponents.
