(Heathrow, FL) — Most Americans are afraid of self-driving technology. A Triple A survey shows 68-percent “fear” autonomous cars, up 13-percent from last year. The director of automotive research for the auto club said the significant drop in trust for the technology is unexpected, but not surprising. He noted many crashes that have happened from “over-reliance” on self-driving capabilities have been widely reported on, which is possibly a cause for the fear.
