(Cedar Rapids, IA) — A Cedar Rapids man charged in a 2007 murder is also a person of interest in a teen girl’s disappearance. Curtis Padgett was charged this week in the death of Dennis First. Investigators say he’s also the last known person to see 15-year old Erin Pospisil in 2001. Investigators say Padagett was a neighbor who gave her a ride to a friend’s house. No charges have ever been filed in Pospisil’s disappearance.
