(Mills Co) Two people were arrested on Eluding charges in Mills County.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says 18-year-old Logan Patrick Hastings, of Red Oak, was arrested Sunday for Eluding and Theft 2nd. Bond was set at $5,000.
Matthew Jacques Black, 30, of Wilmington, Delaware, was arrested Monday for Eluding and Reckless Driving. Bond was set at $2,300.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested 34-year-old Steven Wayne Wurteles Jr., of Omaha, Nebraska, this morning for Violation of a No Contact Order. Wurteles was held on no bond.
