Mass of Christian Burial for 13 year old Mia Lin Schwieso, of Harlan, Iowa, will be held Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Earling, Iowa. Private Burial will be in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Harlan. The Pauley Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers and other things the family would like to create a scholarship in honor of Mia.
Survivors include her parents, Chris & Ann Schwieso, sisters, Aubrey & Kendall Schwieso all of Harlan, IA; grandparents, Lin (late Ken) Brinker of Harlan; Keith & Pat Schwieso of Defiance, IA; Aunt & Uncles, Cory & Molly Brinker, their children Max, Joe, & Drew of Omaha, NE; Aaron & Tricia Swenson, their children Chloe & Abby of Shoreview, MN; Clint & Keri Sonderman, their children Austin, Hannah, Paige, Asya, & Georgia of Earling, IA; Joey & Heather Muenchrath, their children Ben, Nolan, & Lily of Earling, IA.
