Tamara S. Cullen, age 61, of Atlantic, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023, at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, IA surrounded by her family.
Tammy was born November 14, 1961, in Greenfield, IA to Lloyd Krause and Sharon (Krause) Wolford. She was a 1980 graduate of Anita High School. On August 20, 1982, she married her high school sweetheart and love of her life, Mike Cullen at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Anita. Tammy was a wife, mother, sister, friend, aunt, and grandma. She loved her family fiercely. They meant everything to her. She had two children and seven grandchildren. They were her pride and joy. Tammy loved running her business. She cared deeply for her clients and often provided advice well beyond the realm of insurance. She loved working day to day alongside her family. She was passionate about politics and never backed down from a debate at the office. She cared deeply about the future of her kids and grandkids and never wavered in her convictions. Tammy said it like it was.
