(Adams Co) The Adams County Sheriff’s Office says on January 17th Deputies responded to a Domestic Violence call in the 400 block of Loomis Avenue in Corning. Upon further investigation, 38-year-old Kimberly Bloom was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Offense (Marijuana), and Interference with Official Acts. Bloom was transported to the Adams County Jail and was held without bond.
Deputies were assisted by the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services in the 300 block of 12th Street in Corning on January 14th. Upon further investigation, James Alfredo Sanchez III and Alexis Emerald Rain Sanchez were arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) with Intent to Deliver, Failure to Affix a Tax Stamp, Child Endangerment and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both were transported to the Adams County Jail and held on $13,300 bond.
On January 6th, Deputies responded to reports of a vehicle in a ditch at 190th and Quince in Prescott. Upon further investigation, 20-year-old Cody Robertson of Creston was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Minor in Possession of Alcohol. Robertson was transported to the Adams County Jail and held on $2,300 cash bond.
Deputies responded to a burglary call on January 8th. Upon further investigation, 33-year-old Katherine Coleman, of Corning, was arrested for Burglary 2nd Degree, Harassment 1st Degree, Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, Theft 5th Degree, Trespassing, Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury, and Assault on a Peace Officer. Coleman was transported to the Adams County Jail and held on $21,300 cash bond.
Deputies responded to a burglary call in the 1200 block of Corning Carl Road on January 18th. Upon further investigation, 26-year-old Andrew Malloy of Council Bluffs was arrested for Burglary 3rd Degree and Interference with Official Acts. The Adams County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Iowa State Patrol and the Adams County EMA.
Deputies were called for a welfare check in the 2000 block of Holly Road on January 17th. Upon further investigation, 62-year-old Marvin Baker and 57-year-old Kathleen Baker were both arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense. Both were transported to the Adams County Jail and held on no bond.
Joey Donald Shires, of Corning, was arrested January 18th for Simple Assault from an incident that happened on January 15th. Shires was transported to the Adams County Jail and held on $300 bond.
Ronnie Lee Fuller, 54, of Clarinda, was arrested following a traffic stop at Highway 34 and Ginko Avenue on January 14th. Fuller was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense and Driving under Suspension. Fuller was transported to the Adams County Jail and held on $2,300 bond.
Joshua Ghale, 29, of Greenfield, was arrested following a traffic stop at Highway 34 and Highway 148 on January 16th. Ghale was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense and Driving While Revoked, and Failure to have SR-22 Insurance. Ghale was transported to the Adams County Jail where he was held on $2,000 cash bond.
Robbie Allen Dohrn, 58, of Creston, was arrested following a traffic stop at 150th and Redwood Avenue on January 21st for Driving While Suspended. Dohrn was transported to the Adams County Jail.
Denny Moore, of Corning, was arrested after Deputies responded to a report of a male threatening people at the Cenex gas station in Corning on January 22nd. Moore was charged with Public Intoxication. He was released from the scene with a Summons to Appear.
Jeff Mendenhall, 67, of Corning, was arrested following a traffic stop at 270th and Filburt Avenue on January 25th for Driving While Revoked and Failure to have an Ignition Interlock Device. Mendanhall was transported to the Adams County Jail and held on $1,300 bond.
