(Audubon) The Audubon School Board has begun working on Board Goals.
Superintendent Eric Trager said the Board wrote goals several years ago, but got away from the practice of looking those over and renewing them.
In other news, Trager said the School Board on Monday gave him permission to seek bids for an Electric School Bus. Trager said they found out in December that they were pulled off of the waiting list for the EPA grant for an electric school bus and they now have that grant.
Trager said they are getting $375,000 to purchase an electric school bus and an additional $20,000 for charging infrastructure.
The Audubon School Board also approved the sharing agreements with Coon Rapids-Bayard School. Those shared positions include Superintendent, Human Resources, Transportation Director and School Social Worker.
