(Griswold) The Griswold School Board on Monday approved two changes to the School Handbook.
Schools Superintendent Dave Henrichs says one change deals with cell phones; the other addresses chronic absenteeism.
Henrichs says the second change puts more teeth into the district’s cell phone policy.
Meanwhile, Henrichs says the district continues to search for a High School/Middle School Language Arts Teacher. This position has been open for the entire school year.
The Griswold and Lenox School Boards were to meet in a joint session on Wednesday to discuss the districts’ sharing agreement with Dave Henrichs and his contract. That meeting was postponed because of the weather. The joint meeting will be rescheduled for January 25 at 6:00 p.m. at Lenox.
