(Shelby Co) The Shelby County Board of Supervisors are holding two public hearings this morning.
The first hearing will be on an Ordinance for engaging in the sale of stream mitigation credits in accord with Iowa Code Chapter 23A.
The second public hearing is regarding the consideration and possible passage of a resolution officially establishing an Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council in Shelby County and naming a commission to recommend funding for countywide EMS.
Other items on the agenda include Supervisors discussion/consideration on a waiver for a common law firm representation in the County; Supervisors discussion on budget, pipeline, and general County business; and consideration of setting Max Levy hearing date.
