(Atlantic) Atlantic won three events in a dual swim meet with Lewis Central at the Nishna Valley Family YMCA on Monday.
Hunter Quist finished first in the 200-Yard Free (2:11.79). The 200 Yard Medley team of Alex Lihs, Abe Schechinger, Keaton Rieken, and Kyler Rieken finished first in a time of (1:54.10), and Rieken, Rieken, Quist, and Lihs won the 200 Yard Free Relay in a time of (1:40.67).
The Trojans’ second-place finishers were Quist in the 100-Yard Backstroke (1:14.87), and Kyler Rieken in the 100-Yard Fly. (1:04.92), Keaton Rieken, second in the 100-Yard Free (53.20), and Abe Schechinger second in the Breast Stroke (1:17.18).
Lewis Central won the team race 105-50. Earning first-place finishes for the Titans: Gavin Rothmeyer 50-Yard Free, (23:37), and 100 Yard Fly, (1:00.32). Jimmy Koch, 200 Yard IM, (2:16.84), and 100 Yard Free, (52:27). Chase Patrick, 500 Yard Free Style, (5:33.50), and 100 Yard Breast, (1:11.76). Will Gettler, 100 Yard Back, (1:08.90), and Keaton Voster, Parker Fishell, Reilly McMurphy, and Chase Patrick, 400 Yard Free Relay, (4:07.85).
