(Audubon) A FY23 Budget Amendment was acted on Monday night by the Audubon City Council.
Following a public hearing, the amendment to the FY23 Budget was approved. “Nobody spoke to it at all there. We are having it done because we’ve had because economic development had more funds go through than what was budgeted.”
Audubon City Clerk Joe Foran says the council denied a request for apartment tenants to park on Washington Street. Resolution 22-47, Approval of Language for Fire Station Bonding, was acted on. “That was approved, so it will be on the ballot in March.”
Pay applications were approved for both the Water Improvement Project and Bridge Project. The Council approved final acceptance of work on the sidewalk project between the high school and the rec center.
