(Cass Co) The Cass County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing this morning on the proposed amendment to zoning, changing McCunn Specialty Firearms, LLC from Business District to Light Industrial.
It was explained that McCunn Specialty Firearms would like to assemble firearms and “Business District” is only for sales, not manufacturing or assembling, so they have to change the zoning to Light Industrial.
There were no public comments for or against the zoning change. The Supervisors will take action on the zoning change during their meeting tomorrow.
