(NAFB) Scammers are targeting the elderly and now children to steal identities to get credit cards. With the holiday season around the corner, AARP Oklahoma State Director Sean Voskuhl says now is a good time to talk with your family about the various scams they may encounter.
Voskuhl says it’s important to monitor the online activity of young children to protect them from child identity fraud scams.
However, Voskuhl adds, it’s important to know that no one, rural or urban, young or old, is immune to scams.
