(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office released the following arrest report from October 22 to November 2.
On November 2nd, 2022, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Randy Rush, 53, of Atlantic, for OWI 2nd Offense. Rush was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held until his later release on his own recognizance.
On November 1st, 2022, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Megan Schroder, 38, of Griswold, for OWI 2nd Offense. Schroder was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held until her later release on her own recognizance.
On October 24th, 2022, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Andrew Grieshaber, 39, of Cumberland, on the charges of Burglary 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree. Grieshaber was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
On October 22nd, 2022, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Fernando Villa-Diaz, 38, of Atlantic, on the charge of OWI 3rd Offense. Villa-Diaz was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
