(Page Co) The Page County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests.
Steven Paul Esaias, 50, of Clarinda, was arrested October 24th on a Page County warrant for Failure to Appear.
Dalton Sederburg, 25, of Clarinda, was arrested October 22nd for Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance 5 grams or less with Intent to Deliver (Methamphetamine) and weapons violations.
Justin Coates, 19, of Hastings, was arrested October 22nd for Driving While License Suspended, Denied or Revoked.
Alexander Shehan, 32, of Maryville, Missouri, was arrested October 12th on a Page County warrant for Failure to Appear on an Assault charge.
In other activity, the Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to 1st & Prospect in Hepburn on October 26th for an Open burning violation under the Burn Ban. Roger Miller was issued a citation to appear in Magistrate court for the violation. Miller also extinguished the burning leaves.
Two people were transported to the Shenandoah Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries following a car vs deer accident on October 12th. Joshua Matthew Degase struck the deer on Highway 48. His vehicle sustained heavy damage. Two passengers were taken to the hospital.
A charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
