(Shelby Co) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports eight arrests between September 16 and September 27.
Guillermo Perez Sanchez, age 33, of Schaller, was arrested following a traffic stop on Highway 59 on September 16th. Sanchez was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 1st, No Valid Driver’s License, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, Open Container, and Failure to Maintain Control.
Robert Douglas Fauteux, age 29, of Shelby, was arrested following a traffic stop on Highway 44 on September 17th. Fauteux was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving While License Revoked or Denied.
Ashley Joe Cibic age 35, of Harlan, was charged September 18th after an ongoing investigation with two counts of Supplying Alcohol to Persons Under Legal Age.
Sara Elizabeth Koester, age 32, of Harlan, was charged September 21st, after an ongoing investigation, with Forgery.
Isela Jasmin Mendoza, age 21, of Denison, was arrested after a traffic stop on Highway 59 on September 21st. Mendoza was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while License is Suspended and Speeding.
Lacy Jean Christensen, age 33, of Council Bluffs, was arrested September 22nd on an active Shelby County Warrant for Violation of Probation.
Maria Rosa Lara Salazar, age 20, of Council Bluffs, was arrested September 23rd on an active Shelby County Warrant for Violation of Probation.
Jacob Austin Wingert, age 24, of Panama, was arrested after a call for service in Panama on September 27th. Wingert was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 1st and Domestic Abuse Assault.
