Guthrie County Supervisors approve 28E Agreement with DOT to continue issuing Driver’s Licenses

(Guthrie Co) The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved a 28E Agreement between the County and the Department of Transportation for Guthrie County to continue issuing driver’s licenses.

Guthrie County Treasurer Marci Schreck said that last agreement was signed around 2017. She explained some of the changes.

Schreck noted that they are still issuing driver’s licenses by appointment only.
