(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests over the weekend.
Deputies arrested 23-year-old Athea Hamilton of Red Oak on Sunday in the 300 block of E. Elm Street. Deputies transported Hamilton to the Montgomery County Jail and charged her with 5th – degree theft in connection with an accident on August 26 in the 2400 block of North Broadway Street. Authorities held Athea on a $300.00 bond.
Montgomery County Deputies arrested Ashley Perez of Bellevue, Nebraska, early this (Monday) morning at 106 W. Coolbaugh Street in Red Oak on a Montgomery County warrant for unauthorized use of a credit card. Authorities held Perez on a $5,000 bond.
