(Creston) The Creston Police report eight arrests from September 9 through September 11
September 9 Arrests:
Casey David Mitchell, 34, Thayer was arrested at the Creston Union County Law Enforcement Center. Mitchell was charged with a Union County Warrant for Child Endangerment. Mitchell was taken to the Union County Jail, where he was released on a $2000 cash or surety bond.
Jackie Lee Marler, 37, 607 S Maple, was arrested at the Creston Union County Law Enforcement Canter. Marler was charged on a Union County Warrant for Violation of a No Contact/Protection Order. Marler was taken to the Union County Jail, where he was released on a $500 cash-only bond.
Hugo Eduardo Hernandez, 22, of Dallas, Texas, was arrested at Casey’s on Hwy 34. Hernandez was charged with Disorderly Conduct-Loud Raucous Noise. Hernandez was transported to the Union County Jail. Hernandez was released after Time Served.
September 10 Arrests:
Dusty Levi Champlin, 37, 404 N Vine, was arrested at the 200 Block S Peterson. Champlin was charged with Driving While Barred. Champlin was taken to the Union County Jail, where he was released on a $2000 cash or surety bond.
Lee Ryan Fowler, 38, 203 W Townline, was arrested at his residence. Fowler was charged with Interference with Official Acts and Violation of No Contact/Protective Order. Fowler was transported to the Union County Jail, where he later was released on a $600 cash or surety bond.
September 11 Arrests
Erminio Velazquez Alvarado, 36, of Texas, was arrested at Hwy 34 and the S. Walnut intersection. Alvarado was charged with OWI-1st Offense. Alvarado was transported to the Union County Jail, where he was later released on a $1000 cash or surety bond.
Douglas Edward Woodward III, 1102 N Maple, was arrested at 1303 W Mills. Woodward was charged with Violation of No Contact/Protective Order. Woodward was transported to the Union County Jail, where he is being held on no bond till seen by the Magistrate.
Kimberly Morgan, 43, 434 Wyoming, was arrested at 300 N Maple. Morgan was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Morgan was cited and released on Promise to Appear from the scene.
