(Shelby Co.) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports nine arrests between August 4th and August 30th.
Brett Michael Thompson, age 39, of Council Bluffs, was arrested August 4th on a Shelby County Warrant. Thompson was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Theft 5th.
Craig Steven Mumm, age 35, of Harlan, was arrested after a traffic stop on Highway 59 on August 7th. Mumm was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving While Barred.
Randi Lyn Riessen, age 39, of Shelby, was arrested after a traffic stop on East Street in Shelby on August 10th. Riessen was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while License Denied or Revoked and Passing Contrary to Highway Sign or Marking.
Uriah Simeon Joiner, age 31, of Tabor, was arrested after a traffic stop on Highway 37 on August 19th. Joiner was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while Revoked, and Speeding.
Cassandra Nathly Diaz, age 22, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested after a traffic stop on Highway 59 on August 21st. Diaz was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Controlled Substance Violation, Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance Violation, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Speeding, and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.
Alberto Diaz, age 23, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested after a traffic stop on Highway 59 on August 21st. Diaz was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Controlled Substance Violation, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Samuel Allen Hays, age 31, of Harlan, was arrested after a traffic stop on Highway 59 on August 23rd. Hays was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while Barred.
Craig Steven Mumm, age 35, of Harlan, was arrested after a traffic stop on Juniper Road on August 27th. Mumm was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving While Barred.
Sergio Ordonez, age 34, of Defiance, was arrested after a call for service in Defiance on August 30th. Ordonez was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Domestic Abuse Assault.
