Atlantic, Rush Capture Titles at Clarinda Girl’s Cross Country Meet

(Clarinda) Atlantic placed four runners in the top ten and captured the team title at Clarinda on Tuesday with 34-points.

Ava Rush captured the individual title; Claire Pellett finished fourth, Belle Berg fifth, Katrina Williams, 10th, and Mariah Huffman crossed the line in fourteenth place for the Trojans. Elsewhere, Faith Altman finished 18^th, Hailey Huffman 20th, and Genevieve McCall ran 56th.      

Clarinda finished runner-up with 44-points. Mayson Hartley led the Cardinals with a 2^nd place finish, Raenna Henke, third, Maya Hunter, sixth, Hallie Hunter, 15^th, and Amelia Hesse, 19^th.

Nebraska City finished in third place with 77-points.

Riverside finished fourth in the 8-team field with 113-points. Bailey Richardson led the way with a 12th-place finish, Becca Cody, 22^nd, Lydia Erickson, 26^th, Brecken Pierce, 30^th, and Danika Feigenbutz, 32^nd.
