Aaron Olsen ran for 179 yards on 18 carries with three scores and completed all four passes for 31 yards. Manny Beisswenger ran for 84 yards and two TD’s on five carries and caught a 15 yard pass. Evan Alt ran 10 times for 78 yards.
Bedford 76, Griswold 6
The Bulldogs led 28-0 after one quarter and 49-0 at half. Five different players had rushing TD in the win and Tristen Cummings went 5/6 passing for 134 yards and four scores. Silas Walston and Graham Godsey led the rushing attack with 67 and 69 yards, respectively.
Fremont-Mills 42, Stanton/Essex 6
Braxton Blackburn ran five times for 100 yards and two TD’s. Taylor Reed ran for three TD’s on eight carries for 69 yards and completed 3/5 passes for 62 yards. Payton VanHouten had 6 carries for 52 yards. The ground game amassed 294 yards.
CAM 56, Woodbine 16
CAM’s win streak is extended to 15 games ahead of a big matchup with West Harrison next week. A 32-point second quarter put the game out of reach. Chase Spieker was 13/16 passing for 174 yards with four TD’s and no interceptions. Brody Paulsen led a balanced rushing attack that posted 172 yards. Paulsen had 70 yards and two scores on eight attempts. Austin Williams carried 14 times for 55 yards. Gabe Rouse ran for a touchdown with 54 yards on six carries. Sam Foreman caught nine passes for 145 yards and three TD’s. Jack Follmann had a TD catch among his three receptions for 28 yards. Follmann led the defense with 11 tackles. Rouse recovered a fumble and Talan Anderson intercepted a pass.
SW Valley 35, Sidney 0
Evan Timmerman rolled for 161 yards on 13 carries with one rushing TD. He passed for 78 yards on 5/6 completions with one TD and one interception. Isaac Currin carried ten times for 58 yards. Currin and Bradlee Grantz each had one TD rush. Grantz added a touchdown catch among his three receptions for 54 yards.
Williamsburg 18, Van Meter 13
Van Meter’s 60 game regular season win streak comes to an end. Ben Gilliland completed 7/15 passes for 16 yards with no touchdowns and two interceptions. He ran 20 times for 204 yards and two TD’s. Ben Gordon added 42 rushing yards on 17 tries.
Harlan 63, Grinnell 6
Teagon Kasperbauer was 6/9 for 117 yards and three scores. Aidan Hall caught two passes for 47 yards and one TD. Landen Kaufmn, Cade Sears, and William Kenkel also had one TD catch apiece. Will Arkfel was 3/4 passing for 45 yards and a score. Noah Schmitz ran for 59 yards and two TD’s on 18 carries. Lukas Francis and Bradley Curren each had 20 rushing yards. Sears posted 43 yards receiving and returned a punt 38 yards to the house.
Indianola 31, Glenwood 17
CJ Carter posted 52 of Glenwood’s 136 rushing yards and contributed their lone score on the ground. Kayden Anderson went 15/35 with 170 yards, one TD, and three interceptions. Renner Bardsley caught five passes for 66 yards. Cody Krause had a five yard reception and 43 yard TD catch. The Ram defense forced four turnovers.
