(Guthrie Co.) The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved an ordinance amending the Guthrie County Zoning Ordinance and Official Zoning Map following a public hearing.
There was a request to rezone the real estate at 3571 310th Street near Dexter, the Shootout Storage site, from R-1 Residential District to C-1 Highway Commercial. There is currently a building on site used for boat, RV and mini storage.
The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed this twice and recommended approval.
The entire site will be fenced in with six ft. chain link fence and an electric gate at the east end.
