(Red Oak) Montgomery County Engineer Karen Albert says dirt crews started installing pipes, driveways, and rip-rap this week on the Gardner Ranch Bridge project.
The project on 140th Street, one-and-a-half miles west of Highway 71 northwest of Grant, is projected to be completed in four to five weeks.
